Use the GU service portal account

You already had access to our previous GU service portal?If yes, use your old login data to verify and activate your account for our new platform. Please have your customer number, username and password ready.

You are one of our clients, but you do not yet have an account on our platform?To access the customer portal you need to be registered with your customer number.

Use the GU service portal account

1. Please enter your personal data for the new account and then verify yourself with the data you used to log in to the previous GU service portal.
2. After submitting the form, your entries will be automatically checked.
3. If the verification is successful, you will receive a corresponding message and can log in directly with your new account and set a new password.

Please note that only one main user per company can register via the "Create Account" function. This main user can then independently create and manage additional sub-users.
